About Aircrew Taxes L.L.C.

Airline pilots and flight attendants typically have more employee expense
than those of other professions due to the travel that is required for their
jobs.  Because of the large amount of employee deductions available to
pilots and flight attendants, they typically may receive larger refunds than
normal employee taxpayers.  Aircrew Taxes was created in response to a
growing need to serve professional in the airline industry.

Shea Medlin is the owner and operator of Aircrew Taxes L.L.C.  He
provides comprehensive tax preparation and accounting services for
aviation professionals and their business endeavors.  In addition to having
a vast working knowledge of the federal tax laws and the aviation industry,
he has over ten years experience preparing tax returns.

Mr. Medlin earned a Master's of Taxation at the University of Georgia in
1994.  He then spent two years preparing business and individual tax
returns with Arthur Andersen in Atlanta Georgia.  After three additional years
preparing individual returns for a smaller firm, he launched a tax firm
specializing in tax preparation for airline professionals.  He is also a
commercial airline pilot with over 6,000 hours of airline flying.

There are many IRS rules and regulations that apply specifically to the
airline profession.  At Aircrew Taxes, we engage in countless hours of
research and practice to stay abreast of the tax issues facing aviation
professionals in order to prepare an accurate tax return that deducts all the
employee expenses pilots are entitled to  deduct.  Although you may find
other firms which prepare pilot tax returns, we will exceed the service they
provide by looking for deductions that you may have not considered.  We
want you to receive the largest refund possible and pay no more tax than
the law requires.
